E&C Electrical recently undertook the refurbishment of the Queensland Cricketers’ Club, for the Design and Construct project we were given a brief to update the tired, outdated and masculine fit out with a warm welcoming yet functioning lighting installation that would compliment the 1920’s Art Deco styled theme.
The lighting was split up into separate function areas as well as LED highlighting to the bar and feature lighting to the historical memorabilia collection.
Secondly we undertook the major upgrade of the kitchen, cafe and preparation areas whilst also relocating the main switchboard from the centre of the old layout to the back of house enabling the main area to be opened up to maximise the stunning views of the legendary “Gabba” Brisbane Cricket Ground.
The project was delivered on time and under budget.
