In mid-2014 E&C were engaged as the electrical contractor for the new construction of a Queen Street Mall landmark. The construction of the new Jimmy’s On The Mall was an intense program that was completed in thirteen weeks, in time for theG20 Meeting in Brisbane. This project required a level of precision, defect free workmanship as the finished surfaces were predominately polished concrete with a feature being the installation of recessed downlights into the concrete. Other facets of the project we undertook were the data, audio visual and mechanical wiring. There are two fully functioning commercial kitchens as well as two bars with feature LED lighting.
