In 2017 E&C Electrical undertook the AMP End of Trip Facility and the Coronation Drive Office Park as well as The Link.
The project was a unique combination of an internal refurbishment and extension to an existing building to install the EoT Facilities as well as landscape works.
Concurrently we worked on the Link, an architecturally designed multi-use public area connecting the offices on Little Cribb street to Coronation Drive.
The space comes alive after dark with feature lighting which can be adapted to suit any event being held in the public space.
There also is a popular cafe and an amenities block which we completed and to meet the needs of the workers enjoying the space on their breaks USB outlets and weatherproof power points were installed in the precast concrete seating.
The project was finished on time and within budget.
